This 200-year-old former home of the late Argentine president Juan Manuel de Rosas is on one of the city's most historic streets, in the heart of San Telmo. There's a beautifully lit lobby, decorated in dark wood and leather furnishings, as well as a library and a well-stocked bar. The rooms are spacious and modern, with big beds and colorful bathrooms decorated with venecita tiles.
