Fodor's Expert Review Jackson Lake

Grand Teton National Park Body Of Water/Waterfall

The biggest of Grand Teton's glacier-carved lakes, this body of water in the park's northern reaches was enlarged by construction of the Jackson Lake Dam in 1906. You can fish, sail, and water ski here. Three marinas (Colter Bay, Leeks, and Signal Mountain) provide access for boaters, and several picnic areas, campgrounds, and lodges overlook the lake.
