Out in the countryside, around 5 miles from Shepherdstown, this intimate inn makes an excellent base for those looking for a quiet countryside retreat in the area. It's owned by a former bureaucrat who has decorated the property with an eclectic mix of art and furnishings collected on her travels abroad. There are four rooms in total; only the Sunflower Suite has a private bathroom.
