Fodor's Expert Review C'est Si Bon
The interior design as well as the food is far more Euro-savvy than is typical on the Olympic Peninsula. A fanciful dining room is done up in bold red hues, with crisp white linens, huge oil paintings, and glittering chandeliers; the spacious solarium takes an equally formal approach. A changing menu highlights house-made French onion soup, escargots, magret de canard with berry sauce, Dungeness crab soufflé, filet mignon, and rack of lamb. The wine list is superb, with French, Australian, and Northwest choices to pair with everything.
