Fodor's Expert Review Bridges

This restaurant takes its name not from its location between the Wishkah and Chehalis river spans but from owner Sonny Bridges, who's been running local restaurants for more than 30 years. There's a lounge, two banquet rooms, and a menu featuring huge steaks, seafood—parmesan-crusted salmon, prosciutto-wrapped prawns, chicken and prawn spring rolls—pork chops, and short ribs. For dessert, there's white chocolate cheesecake and watermelon lemongrass parfait.
