Fodor's Review

After introducing Seattle to the wonders of Sichuanese cuisine at a variety of restaurants around town in the last few decades, chef Cheng Biao Yang has settled into his smallest space yet, where he serves a pared-down menu of Chinese street foods. The hand-shaved noodles, flatbread sandwiches, and Chinese crepes (known as jian bing in Chinese) form the backbone of the menu, each dough-based specialty customizable with various stews, meats, and spicy sauces. Although the restaurant is crammed into a tiny corner of the Pike Place Market, there is an atrium space just behind it: perfect for sitting down to enjoy the food, still close enough to watch the skilled chefs slicing noodle dough and rolling out flatbreads.
