Chef Steve Musolf and his team relentlessly seek new, fresh, local, and unique ingredients to infuse into memorable meals from the Farm's open kitchen to its dining room with less than a dozen tables. Seasonal menus always spotlights items from regional sustainable farmers, including root vegetables, truffles, berries, and beef. Built as part of a massive reinvention of Canyons Resort in 2010, the Farm is just feet from the slopes on the back side of the Grand Summit Hotel. The darker and cozier lounge features a wine cellar that displays many of its 450-plus varieties of domestic and imported wines.
