In a welcome departure from the region's typical bar and grill fare, this restaurant serves traditional Italian dishes at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere evokes the Rat Pack era with a Sinatra soundtrack, black-and-white photographs of Bogart and gang, and a low-light ambience. The food is the real deal, using the chef's family recipes. As the story goes, when the chef was four years old, his mother whisked him and the recipes away from his East Coast mobster father (named Nicki Spaghetti) and headed west.
