Business travelers and upscale tourists alike are drawn to this handsome, 9,000-square-foot eatery, in the midst of The Domain shopping district, for what celebrated chef/owner and Iron Chef winner Kent Rathbun calls "gourmet backyard cuisine." Seafood features prominently in this branch of the Texas-based chain (try the Texas Gulf crab cakes), but their award-winning standouts include a deliciously tender rotisserie prime rib and their famed slow smoked baby back ribs with ancho barbeque sauce. Servers are attentive, but not overly familiar. The interior design is midtown-Manhattan modern.
