Why We Like It

The hotel is well suites for larger groups or families, especially those traveling to or from the airport. Though a car is needed to efficiently get around, guests can easily reach all the attractions Nashville has to offer without being in the thick of downtown traffic. We like the added space that each two-room suite provides travelers and the interior atrium for a lobby flooded with natural light.

Convenient to Nashville's airport, as well as the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills outlet mall, this all-suites hotel offers ample meeting and event space. A made-to-order breakfast is included with room rate, as are evening cocktails. The interior atrium has waterfalls and flowering plants and there is a fitness center, indoor pool and whirlpool. Business Center is open 24-hours.

Room

The 296-suite hotel features two-room suites for all guests. Each room also holds two tables for dining or working, as well as two televisions, coffeemakers, fridges, microwaves, and telephones. The separate sitting area provides guests with a spacious room for a comfortable stay. Sofas pull out into beds for additional guests or kids, but book an executive suite for added square footage, beds, or furnishings.

Richly colored furnishings in a range of fabrics and earth tones provide a calming atmosphere for guests to unwind at the end of each day without feeling cramped or cluttered.

You Should Know The rooms, which have a large window adjacent to the door, open up to the interior atrium. A curtain provides privacy, but be aware that guests walking along the hallway can see into the first room of the suite if the curtain is not pulled shut.

Bathroom

Each white- and beige-tiled bathroom includes a shower-bathtub with a shower curtain. Bath products are stocked and more locally-inspired prints are hung for a touch of color.

Lobby

The front desk on the right as guests enter are simple, but backed with prints, providing a local flare. Guests will find a sitting area opposite the front desk with comfortable, modern furnishings and prints to match. Further into the airy and welcoming lobby, the atrium houses tables for the breakfast service as well as a business center pod, complete with computers and printers. Surrounded by greenery, guests will enjoy the clean and inviting space.

Tip For a charge on the go, sit at a hightop table, which has outlets.

Pool

The indoor pool allows guests to enjoy a dip no matter the weather. Guests will enjoy the space flooded in natural light thanks to the large windows that border the pool across from the entrance accented with dark wood and frosted glass for privacy from the interior of the hotel.

Gym

The gym is well-stocked with cardio equipment such as treadmills and ellipticals as well as free weights, medicine balls, and mats.

Dining

All guests receive a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning. The hotel restaurant, TEN Bar & Grille is open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.. With ample, polished seating under the natural light of the atrium or in one of the alcoves, guests will find plenty of space to accommodate everyone in their party.

Getting Around

Located outside of the city center, guests with a car will find it easily to get to points of interest. Uber is an option, but may become costly quickly.

The hotel offers free self-parking as well as an airport shuttle, which runs from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m..

Restaurants

While guests can find chains they are familiar with nearby, there are a few pubs worth trying as well. Elm Hill Tavern (8-minute drive) and Wilhagan's (13-minute drive) are both easily accessible from the hotel. For an upscale night out closer to the downtown area, book a table at Husk (19-minute drive). Darfon's Restaurant and Lounge (7-minute drive) offers more elevated American dining for a closer alternative.

Bars

The two pubs -- Elm Hill Tavern (8-minute drive) and Wilhagan's (13-minute drive) -- are both good options for a beer. Creative cocktails are better found closer to downtown. Pinewood Social (20-minute drive) is an essential Nashville experience, and Skull's Rainbow Room (24-minute drive) is home to an impressive cocktail bar.
