Scuba Diving

You don't have to go far off the coast of the Grand Strand to explore the underwater world. Man-made reefs boast an array of fish including sea fans, sponges, reef fish, anemones, urchins, and crabs. A number of shipwrecks are also worth exploring under the waves. Paddle wheelers, freighters, and cargo ships lie in ruins off the coast and are popular scuba spots.
