Fodor's Expert Review Perfectly Frank's

Former Summerville High quarterback Perry Cuda and ex-Atlanticville chef Billy Condon make a dynamic duo at Perfectly Frank's. As owner/operators of this hot dog eatery, the two serve up a catalog of famous franks and other fun creations, and fame has followed. The Food Network's Guy Fieri stopped by in recent months, sampling several items for a segment on his television show. Among the choice offerings: the house-ground bison Sloppy Joe with chorizo sausage, Guinness-battered onion rings, fish tacos, sea salt and vinegar fries, and crunchy, vinegary "icebox" pickles. But best, the menu lists 35 hot dogs, the ingredients ranging from fried spinach, bacon, and crispy onions; to black-peppered bacon and bleu cheese.
