Though it's in a nondescript strip mall across the Cooper River Bridge, this restaurant and wine bar belonging to Mount Pleasant native son Patrick Owens has earned a teetering pile of awards. Owens merges local cuisine with Pan-Asian flavors, exacting a rich menu. Favorites include Hawaiian tuna, local shrimp and grouper, and black-skillet beef tenderloin, along with sides like succotash, smoked-tomato-and-Brie grits, and leek-and-corn risotto.
