A longtime cozy local tavern, Campbell's now has a legitimate gastropub kitchen to go with the downstairs bar's charm. The difference is in the details—from the house-made General Tso sauce for seared tofu to the Hoegaarten broth for the mussels. There is hefty fare like the large Black Angus burger and meat loaf, but it's nice to dine tapas style on appetizers like the excellent Asian wings, beet–and–goat-cheese salad, and calamari.
