The menu changes often, depending on what's in season. Eat inside and take advantage of the open kitchen to watch the chefs at work, or enjoy a pleasant outdoor dining experience on either of the two decks. The food is quintessential Northwest, featuring complex and unexpected flavors and a wide range of textures. You can order à la carte, or choose the Fixed Four, the weekly changing four-course feast; optional wine pairings are available.
