Inside this sleek East Burnside coffeehouse, patrons sip coffees from Central America, South America, and Africa, and feast on affogato (homemade coconut ice cream topped with a shot of espresso) while admiring the rather elegant roasting equipment, which looks like a large-scale art installation.
