Operated by Kyle Webster and his wife, celeb-chef partner Naomi Pomeroy of Beast (across the street), this intimate, candlelit spot has a devoted following for its balanced, boozy cocktails and addictively delicious Asian bar snacks, like curried-potato-and-English-pea samosas. Each of the eight nightly cocktails are meticulously crafted, but the Foreign National—a mix of Grey Goose Vodka, Midori Melon Liqueur, Cocchi Americano, fresh lime, ginger syrup, and Pimm’s No. 1—is a house favorite.
