The unprepossessing decor of dark-wood and terra-cotta and the menu of deceptively simple contemporary Italian cuisine belie the fact that Pazzo serves some of the most beautifully prepared, flavorful food Downtown: consider the grilled wild prawns with Jerusalem artichokes, fennel-lemon salad, and garlic-mint emulsion, and gnocchi with black truffles, roasted beets, and Gorgonzola. All the baked goods are made in the adjacent Pazzoria Bakery & Cafe. Breakfast is served daily.
