This outpost of the international restaurant group has sizzled its way to the top of the red-meat venues in Asheville. It may be a chain, but prime steaks here are the best in town (by far), the atmosphere is upmarket, service is doting, and the wine list is sophisticated if pricey. Parking is limited, so use the complimentary valet.
