Fodor's Expert Review New York Hall of Science

Flushing and Corona Museum/Gallery

At the northwestern edge of Flushing Meadows Corona Park, the New York Hall of Science has more than 450 hands-on exhibits that make science a playground for inquisitive minds of all ages. Climb aboard a replica of John Glenn's space capsule, throw a fastball and investigate its speed, explore Charles and Ray Eames's classic Mathematica exhibition, or check out the exhibition in the iconic Great Hall, Connected Worlds, which demonstrates the interconnectedness of ecosystems via animation and motion-activated displays. Note that the 3-D Theater, Rocket Park Mini Golf, and Science Playground require extra fees.
