This beautifully designed bar inside the historic Hotel St. Francis makes some of the best and most interesting craft cocktails in the state, including a classic Manhattan with clove tincture spritzed over the top, and a smoked-sage margarita. There's a nice selection of appetizers and light entrées, as well, prepared by the kitchen at the hotel's Tabla de Los Santos restaurant. Just across the hotel lobby, you can also sample superb New Mexico wines at Gruet Winery Tasting Room.
