Fodor's Expert Review Luminaria
The casually sophisticated restaurant at Santa Fe's Inn at Loretto is one of the most inviting dining spaces in town, comprising a contemporary dining room with a kiva-style fireplace, whitewashed pine floors, vibrant artwork, and an adjacent lushly landscaped patio. Breakfast (and Sunday brunch) are excellent times to dine here—the breakfast burritos are almost comically gigantic, and the waffles are topped with blueberry compote, whipped cream, and maple syrup. Dinners, however, are the main event. You might start with grilled achiote-marinated shrimp with pumpkin mole, before moving on to one of the innovatively prepared steaks or seafood grills.
