Fodor's Review

This clubby, old-world steak house in the Crowne Plaza Hotel (formerly the Albuquerque Hilton) is popular with deep-pocketed carnivores for its aged steaks and ribs. It may not be as stellar as it once was, but it's still the best in town of its type. The dining room is hung with saddles, mounted bison heads, and ranching-related art. If you want to impress a date or clients, order the fillet of Wagyu Kobe beef with creamed spinach, lobster-mashed potatoes, and morel-mushroom jus. Other standouts include elk chops, Alaskan wild salmon, and porterhouse steak.
