Skip the predictable fast-food court and grab lunch (to stay or to go) in this small, futuristic space, located in MGM's District, with marble-top café tables and lime-green and orange walls. The creative sandwiches (courtesy of Tom Colicchio) include slow-roasted pork with pepper relish and fontina; flank steak with red-pepper pesto, scallions and aged cheddar; and pole-caught tuna with fennel, green olives and aioli. The soups, salads, and sweets are quite popular with youthful clientele. A great option for (late) breakfast is the steak and fried eggs with pickled red onions and frisee. They close at 5 pm.
