Fodor's Expert Review Bradley Ogden
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
San Francisco culinary wizard Bradley Ogden brought his magic touch to Vegas with this sleek, modern room at Caesars. As a keen proponent of the farm-to-table movement, Odgen uses only fresh ingredients (many of them organic). Depending on the season, menu items might include a cream of garlic soup with marinated jicama and basil oil, or a pan-roasted halibut with a cauliflower fritter and fennel-orange hash. For dessert, save room for the divine passion-fruit and chocolate cake. Go formal in the main dining room, flanked by a fireplace and waterfall, or take it down a notch in the lounge (which offers a separate menu, as well). A special three-course prixe-fixe menu for 2012 was $65.
