Getting Around

Provincetown is completely walkable, so if you drive to Snug House, you can park your car and forget it. If you came on the ferry or via a bus, again, there’s no need for a car. The hotel is steps from the center of town. Renting a bike to get to the beach is a popular option.

Pepe’s, serving up tasty seafood on the waterfront is always a good choice (5-minute walk). For those more in the mood for meat, Local 186 (15-minute walk) specializes in gourmet burgers.

A great place to get a drink is the Harbor Lounge (5-minute walk), which has gorgeous water views. Another popular spot is the Shipwreck Lounge (15-minute walk) at the Brass Key Inn, where patrons can enjoy cocktails around a fire pit in the outdoor courtyard.

When picturing a typical, quaint B&B, this is what most people would imagine. Snug Cottage has more personality than a hotel and the opportunity to mix and mingle with other guests, especially while enjoying breakfast on the patio, is just one reason to stay here. Its location (and free parking) is another.
