Amid the mostly run-of-the-mill motels and cottage compounds along Route 6A, this beautifully modernized all-suites beachfront property stands head-and-shoulders above the rest. Given the prime location, friendly service, and top-notch furnishings, this is one of the Outer Cape's best values for families and friends traveling together.

YOU SHOULD KNOW Don’t let the word “resort” in the name fool you. This property is more like a time-share apartment complex (albeit a very nice one). There is no restaurant, bar, pool or gym.
room
All accommodations face the water. Ground-floor units front an attractive wooden deck overlooking the bay, and upstairs units have private balconies with similar views. You can choose from studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units: all have full kitchens, fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, and washers and dryers, making them perfect for longer stays. The resort also rents three attractive beachfront bungalows, about a half mile away.

LOCATION
Getting Around
Unless you plan to never leave the beach---a tempting proposition---you’ll need a car to get around. There is plenty of free parking.
Restaurants
The Lobster Pot (11-minutes) is a Provincetown favorite and is known for its chowders. At Fanizzi’s (8-minute drive), which serves everything from seafood to steaks, the dining room offers 180 degree views through three walls of windows overlooking Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown Harbor, North Truro and Truro.
WHY WE LIKE IT
Ideal for beach-lovers, families and groups of friends who want to be right on the water and perhaps save a bit of money by eating in. The fully outfitted kitchens (including a lobster pot!) make it easy to cook. The updated rooms are surprisingly large and boast a clean, beachy décor. Many travelers simply stock up on groceries and beverages and stay put to enjoy the beach.
