A bit more upscale than most properties along Route 28, the Bayside overlooks pristine salt marshes and Lewis Bay. Although it's not right on the water, there's a small beach and a large outdoor pool with a café (there's also an indoor pool, which kids love). The Bayside Resort also offers a number of package deals covering everything from golf to day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. It is popular with families.
