Located in Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood, the XV Beacon is a true taste of luxury in a boutique hotel. The 1903 Beaux Arts exterior is an architectural beauty, while the intimate lobby is all black mahogany with bold splashes of red.
Rooms are decorated in soothing, neutral shades of espresso, taupe, and cream, and each has a gas fireplace and surround-sound stereo. They all feature their own fireplace, as well.
The Italian marble bathroom has signature bath amenities and a heated towel rack.
The XV Beacon's lobby is a quiet and sophisticated spot that exemplifies a luxury boutique hotel.
There's no spa, but in-room massages can be set up.
The roof top fitness center has state-of-the-art cardio machines and free weights.
Mooo.... is the hotel's restaurant, a steakhouse that also boasts delightful breakfast and lunch options, as well as room service. There is also an "Acoustic Brunch" on Sundays.
Moo.... has a full bar and an extensive wine list.
XV Beacon is located near several MBTA subway stations, however we guess you'll prefer the hotel's courtesy Lexus service.
Emmet's Irish Pub and Restaurant (1-minute walk) is just across the street, while Italian restaurant Grotto (5-minute walk) is just down the street.
The 6B Lounge (1-minute walk), Emmet's (1-minute walk), and the 21st Amendment (2-minute walk) are all popular area bars.
