Walk through the Gaylord National's 18-story atrium and across a small wooden bridge to find this historic Chesapeake fish market with bare wooden walls and a high ceiling exposing vents. Although it may look drab at first sight, Moon Bay Coastal Cuisine serves upscale seafood dishes and boasts a top-flight wine cave. Start off with the chopped salad or the laughing bird shrimp tempura. Entrée options include roasted grouper with yellow corn fondue and Hawaiian escolar with creamed black rice. Moon Bay also offers a few nonseafood options, such as fried herb-crusted chicken.
