Chef Tom Wolfe has taken this venerable French Quarter eatery to new heights since assuming ownership in 2004. An excellent starter is the grilled sweetbreads brûlée, followed by a heirloom tomato and Vidalia onion salad and a grilled lamb T-bone, served over a candied-pecan shiitake mushroom salad. The main dining room is lined with sleek tufted banquettes, exhibiting the laid-back elegance of a fine French bistro.
