An anomaly on the strip that both locals and tourists enjoy is Mediterranean wine bar the Purple Pig. Adventurous eaters will revel in the offal-centric dishes like pork sweetbreads with fennel and apricots, and roasted bone marrow with herbs, but vegetarians also get excited about dishes like salt-roasted beets with whipped goat cheeses and pistachio vinaigrette.
