There are only a handful of restaurants around the country that are certified organic, and despite the bureaucracy required for the distinction (every ingredient used has to be approved by a third-party certifier), this casual hipster spot is one of them. Feast on globally inspired flat bread served on wooden pizza peels; from basilico, a simple mozzarella, tomato, and basil rendition; to flamkuchen, which boasts bacon, caramelized onion, béchamel, and caraway seeds. Complement the main event with salads, local beers, or organic sodas.
