Fodor's Expert Review Coco Pazzo
The spread of antipasti that greets you upon entrance into this Tuscan-inspired restaurant is a sign of good things to come. Coco Pazzo serves lusty, aggressively seasoned fare, such as homemade ricotta and spinach dumplings, grilled veal chop with a bone-marrow reduction, and wood-grilled Florentine steaks. Stop in at lunch for pizzas fresh from the wood-fired oven. The discreet but professional service goes far toward softening the open-loft setting of exposed-brick walls and wood floors, but the scene is rather formal. The well-rounded, exclusively Italian wine list is impressive: Wine Spectator has lauded its selection ranging from popular to boutique producers.
