Across the street from Kualapuu Market, this laid-back diner is a local favorite set in a classic, refurbished, green-and-white plantation house that's decorated with local photography and artwork and accented with a shady lanai. Typical fare at Kualapuu's only restaurant is a plate of chicken, pork, or hamburger steak served with rice, but there's also the more expensive spicy crusted ahi (yellowfin tuna) at dinner and daily specials. This is a small operation, so don't be in a rush when you come in—and be sure to bring cash.
