Fodor's Expert Review Humuhumunukunukuapuaa
This Polynesian-style thatch-roof, open-air restaurant "floats" atop a saltwater lagoon, which gives it an exotic romantic feel that's suited for special occasions. Obviously, fresh fish dominates the menu here, but there's also Tomahawk Ribeye steaks and flavorful racks of lamb. The restaurant is named for Hawaii's state fish, but rather than trying to wrestle with the name, just tell the valet you're going to "hoo moo hoo moo" and they'll point you in the right direction.
