Fodor's Review

This casual little restaurant along the highway serves up generous sandwiches, salads, and melt-in-your-mouth barbecue items, including kiawe-smoked meat like pulled pork, ribs, pork ribs, and brisket. Additional options range from pupu platters and gumbo to salads made with produce grown in Waimea. Because the owners are fisherpeople, the poke and nightly fish specials showcase fish caught from their boat. The on-site market sells fresh fish, homemade sausage, and freshly made salad dressings and sauces. For dessert, don't miss the yummy Banana Cream Pie.
