These large and comfy town houses and condominiums are located just off the fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Course and are a short walk from Anaehoomalu Bay. Designed in the style of plantation-era homes, these villas are decorated with rattan furniture and tropical themes, and come complete with top-notch appliances in fully equipped kitchens. A five-minute walk from the upscale Kings' Shops, the facility has its own infinity pool, a lava-rock whirlpool spa, and a small gym next to the pool.
YOU SHOULD KNOW There are additional cleaning fees to keep an eye out for – daily cleaning service is an add-on, not an amenity.
There are four condo types, ranging from one to three bedroom, all with golf views. All condos include air conditioning, high end, fully equipped kitchens, and washer/dryer in the unit. Cheerful island décor lends a sense of comfort and ease to the condos and individual rooms.

Spacious and comfy bathrooms include soaking tubs and walk in showers.
Condo guests check in at the Kohala Coast Vacation Rentals by Outrigger office in nearby Kings’ Shops. Business hours are 9 am to 7 pm – if you’re checking in outside of those hours, you’ll need to contact them for instructions.
The prices for these accommodations are really exceptional, especially for the area, so they book up pretty far in advance. Plan your trip as early as possible for the best availability.
A lovely, if not a bit cold, infinity pool with a unique shape and a hot tub surrounded by lava rock are the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The fitness center offers a few cardio and weight machines in a room with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors.
There are no on-site restaurants, but there are full kitchens in each condo and barbecue grills throughout the property.
You will need a rental car to get around the island, but many attractions in the Waikoloa Resort area are within walking distance.
Find high-end Hawaiian fusion at Roy’s in King’s Shops (7-minute walk) or enjoy a scrumptious island brunch (along with morning cocktails) at Daylight Mind Coffee Company (8-minute walk).
Get drinks and a show at Gertrude’s Jazz Bar (36-min drive), an open-air jazz bar with great beer and wine selections, plus a few decadent desser-tinis to complement their cocktail list. Kona Brewing Company (35-min drive) has some of the best pizza you’ll find in Hawaii, paired with a fun atmosphere and the chance to taste a variety of their famous brews.
