Fodor's Expert Review Christ Church Episcopal

Historic District Religious Building/Site/Shrine

This was the first church—then Anglican—established in the Georgia colony in 1733. It is often called the "Mother Church of Georgia." Located on Johnson Square, the centuries-old building with its columns and wrought-iron railings is an imposing sight.
