If the complimentary fresh-baked chocolate-chip cookies that welcome you don't convince you to stay here, maybe the excellent location, spacious rooms, and reasonable rates will. The hotel, which offers free transportation within 3 miles, is adjacent to the Buckhead MARTA station.
You Should Know You'll have to pay a $4.99 fee for Wi-Fi and a $32 daily fee for valet parking. Self parking is not an option.

There are 230 guest rooms, including one Presidential Suite that features a dining area for up to eight, a wet bar and sofa bed. All rooms feature ergonomic work centers, coffee makers and the signature Sweet Dreams by Doubletree luxurious pillows and linens.
Marble accented bathrooms are small but functional and feature Citron by Crabtree & Evelyn bath amenities.
The lobby is bright and spacious with oversized chairs for relaxing, and is also where you'll find Slightly South Lobby Lounge, a favorite gathering spot for locals.
The small, 24-hour fitness center offers free weights, stability balls and cardio equipment.
Tip The hotel gym is rather small so ask the concierge for a complimentary pass to the nearby LA Fitness (8-min walk) for access to group fitness classes, an indoor pool and sauna.
Bistro-style The Green Leaf restaurant serves a full breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelets and a waffle station. For lunch and dinner, Slightly South Lobby Lounge has a casual southern menu of dishes like shrimp and cheddar grits and chicken and waffles. Guests can also order room service from 6:30 am until 11 pm.

The Buckhead MARTA station is only 1.5 blocks from the hotel and a less than 15-min ride to the center of downtown Atlanta. If you want to stay in Buckhead, stroll through the landscaped Tower Place Park with fountains, statues and benches. Or, walk just a few blocks to find shopping at Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, Atlanta’s premier malls. Beyond walking distance, the hotel’s complimentary shuttle can take guests to locations within 3 miles.
Look to South City Kitchen Buckhead (4-min walk) for refined southern cuisine like fried green tomatoes with goat cheese and red pepper coulis, and spice-rubbed Duck Cassoulet. Although it's a chain, True Food Kitchen (11-min walk or 4-min drive) in Lenox Square crafts some of the best vegan and vegetarian cuisine in Buckhead.
Southern Art Bourbon Bar within the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta has a curated selection of more than 70 bourbon offerings, as well as live music and entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays. Or sip cocktails in the sky at the glamorous Whiskey Blue rooftop bar at the W Atlanta-Buckhead.
