Fodor's Expert Review Takumi-Tei
Hidden in the back of the Japan Pavilion, intimate Takumi-Tei is split into five rooms inspired by different things: water, wood, earth, stone, and washi paper. Here you can to enjoy handcrafted sushi, A5 Wagyu beef, or kamo (marinated duck). To try a bit of everything, opt for the Omakase Tasting Menu, which includes a traditional tea ceremony, Wagyu tabekurabe, and sushi. For the ultimate experience, the Chef's Table in the Water Room features a three-hour, nine-course meal that must be booked in advance. Note that this is one of the few restaurants in Disney that is decidedly not kid friendly.
