Fodor's Expert Review Les Chefs de France
A busy, bustling brasserie with a plush look, this French café maintains its original spirit, which was created by three of France's most famous chefs at the time: Paul Bocuse, Gaston Lenôtre, and Roger Vergé—Bocuse's son, Jerome, continues to run the restaurant. Classic escargots, a good starter, are prepared in a casserole with garlic butter; you might follow up with roasted breast and leg of duck confit with cherries, or grilled beef tenderloin with green peppercorn sauce. Make sure you finish with chocolate mousse. A three-course prix fixe option is often available.
