Fodor's Review

If your kids can't get enough of the big purple dinosaur, here he is again! A fairly long preshow features a goofy, kid-friendly emcee before you and your preschoolers enter a pleasant theater-in-the-round filled with brilliantly colored trees, clouds, and stars. Within minutes, the kids will cheer like baby boomers at a McCartney concert as their beloved TV playmate and Baby Bop dance and sing though clap-along, sing-along monster classics including "Mr. Knickerbocker," "If You're Happy and You Know It," and (of course) "I Love You." Following the very pleasing and thoughtful show and a chance to meet Barney up close, you exit to an elaborate play area with hands-on activities—a water harp, wood-pipe xylophone, and musical rocks—that propel the already excited kids to even greater heights. For people with disabilities: The theater is equipped for assisted-listening devices and is wheelchair accessible. Arrive 10–15 minutes early for a good seat—up close and in the center. Express Passes may be used here.
