Fodor's Expert Review Duncan McClellan Glass
One of the better-known artists to call St. Petersburg home, Duncan McClellan set up this studio and gallery in a former fish-processing plant, helping spur a renaissance in what was until recently known as a gritty industrial district. The main draw is an enormous gallery featuring diverse works from a rotating cast of artists from around the globe, as well as glassblowing demonstrations. If you happen to be in town for the second Saturday evening of the month, this spot is the hub for a trendy monthly art walk through the area. There are regular hours from Tuesday through Saturday, but it's open by appointment only on Sunday and Monday.
