Fodor's Review

For those who take pride in their ability to handle the heat, this casual yet acclaimed fusion eatery is a must. It's run by a married couple, one of whom is from Thailand and the other from, as you may have guessed, Mexico. The resulting menu consists of many a match made in heaven by melding the spice and nuances of either cuisine into a spate of tasty options—think panang-mole curry or chorizo pad thai. (Some of these are even suitable for spice-phobes.) The bravest of souls can try the "inferno soup," which is less of a dish than a double dare, featuring a giant bowl of Thai chicken soup flavored with ghost peppers (finish it in a half hour and you win a cash prize). Regardless of what you order, go for a shade less spicy than you normally would: their idea of medium is what most restaurants consider hot. Portions are massive; if you order a burrito, you may actually receive two. Finally, keep in mind that this place can get packed at dinnertime, especially on weekends, so call ahead.
