One of the Orlando area's best restaurants is run by award-winning chef Brandon McGlammery and is a popular spot for progressive American cuisine, which is served in a fashionable setting. Every ingredient is carefully sourced from local producers when possible, and scratch preparation—from pastas to sausages to pickled rhubarb—is the mantra. The menu changes daily, but you might discover starters like pork belly and octopus on pistachio butter or toasted foie gras and truffles, followed by Border Springs lamb shoulder or duck breast with kale, toasted pine nuts, parsnip puree, and pickled white asparagus. The wine cellar is a high point, holding 7,000 bottles—80 varieties, all available by the half glass, glass, and bottle—and is adjacent to the private dining room.
