Don't let the retro exterior of Pier 66's waterfront tower fool you, this 22-acre resort is more contemporary than it seems with conveniences and activities galore. Each room has a balcony with views of the world-class marina, pool, ocean, or Intracoastal Waterway. There are three pools, a state-of-the-art gym, tennis courts with pros for private lessons, a spa, a full-service aquatic center, and five restaurants. Few guests find it necessary to rent a car, thanks to the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the beach, and the Water Taxi station on the dock.
