Fodor's Expert Review TAG

At first glance, the menu at TAG seems to be all over the place, but after a few bites of chef-owner Troy Guard's eclectic, self-described "continental social food," it all starts to make sense. The dishes are inspired by his Hawaiian upbringing but also draw heavily from Asian and Latin American influences, and the result is a lot of bold flavors that work surprisingly well together. Try the signature taco sushi with charred ahi and guacamole, one of the innovative sushi rolls, or the miso pork belly.
