Expand your palate at this 2-acre complex's trio of tasting rooms pouring wines from a dozen varietals. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are the focus at Long Meadow Ranch, where you can also order well-brewed espresso or tea and pick up olive oil, sauces, and similar items from the ranch's Napa Valley operations. Next door, Drew Family Wines specializes in Pinot Noir and Syrah beloved by sommeliers. Nearby Smith Story, a crowd-funding success story, makes Anderson Valley Pinots plus wines (among them Cabernet Sauvignon) from Sonoma County grapes. Across from Smith Story, Stone and Embers serves gourmet wood-fired pizzas, and the Madrones also includes a spa, a quirky curiosity shop, and lodgings amid landscaped gardens. Days, hours, and fees vary at the tasting rooms; the restaurant (Stone and Embers) opens Thursday–Sunday for lunch and dinner year-round, sometimes other days in summer.
