Daniel Patterson of San Francisco's revered Coi focuses on vegetables, whole-animal preparations, dishes to share, and great cocktails in this waterfront space. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the yachts of Jack London Square, and warm lighting casts a glow over the wood-and-brick dining room. Look for anything smoked or with marrow on executive chef Charlie Parker's menu and you can't miss; housemade bucatini with lamb sugo is flavorful and comforting, and vegetable sides sparkle across the menu. Sunday brunch is served from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
